Refund policy

Returns
We will accept returns within 90 days of your original purchase unless otherwise specify on product page. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and have original packaging that was used to send the merchandise. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the sender. Any products received without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at OrderDesk@duplousa.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only items that are defective or damaged will be replaced. If you need an exchange, contact us at OrderDesk@duplousa.com. 

Shipping
To return your product, ship your product to: Duplo USA Corporation, 3050 S. Daimler St, Santa Ana CA 92705.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for all returns. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
